  • SHIRODHARA
    Grounding the mind is the key to mental health. Warm herbal oil is poured continuously over the forehead for the duration of the session. Shorodhara helps to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia and other diseases of the mind brought on by unbalanced habits and lifestyle.
  • AYURVEDIC REJEUVENATING FACIAL MASSAGE
    The facials are customised for each individual's Dosha which result in properly nourished, revitalised and balanced skin. The restorative benefits of herbs and oils from have been known for centuries.
  • MARMA CHIKITSA
    By stimulating the marmas, blocks due to stress and improper diet can be dissolved, making the mind and body connection more intimate. This therapy promotes subtle energy cleansing and rebalancing which stores the memory of wholeness.
  • PINDASVEDA
    The healing properties of herbal oils used for this massage deeply cleans and enriches the blood, builds and maintains strong muscle and connective tissues and lubricates the joints keeping them flexible and pain free.
  • PANCHAKARMA
    Traditionally used in the healing of many diseases. It is an intensive therapy best performed when the patient has adequate time to rest. Brief Panchakarma programs last 7 days. This is followed by a period of Rasayana (rejuvenation) which can be done at home. Stay at our facility for a total retreat of a lifetime.

    Panchakarma should be performed under a close supervision of an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Luke Ketterhagen A yoga practitioner for 10 years, Luke graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. A certified yoga teacher since 1999, Ketterhagen authored the Asana Basics column for Yoga International (now Yoga + Joyful Living ) magazine from December 2003 to December 2004 ). Luke appeared as a model in numerous editions of the 16-year-old publication as well as in the best-selling book, Yoga: Mastering the Basics . Former owner and director of Uptown Yoga in Dallas, TX, Ketterhagen was Director of Programming and principal teacher at East West Yoga in Manhattan during its relaunch. Currently on staff at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, and conducting workshops throughout the US, Ketterhagen teaches a variety of courses including:
