"Solar Plexus"

located at the navel; relates to power, dominance, strength and fear. It governs the stomach,
liver, gall-bladder, pancreas, solar plexus. The colorof this chakra is yellow. Corresponding aromatherapy are rosemary or bergamot oil.



4th chakra
"Heart"
Anahata
located over the heart; relates to center of the emotions, love for self and others, peace, sympathy,
forgiveness, trust, spiritual development, compassion. It governs the heart, lungs, circulation, thymus
gland. The color of this chakra is green. Corresponding aromatherapy are eucalyptus or pine oil.



5th chakra
"Throat"
Vishuddha
located at the front of the throat; relates to self-expression, communication, creativity, sense of
responsibility, self identity. It governs the throat, thyroid gland, upper lungs and arms, digestive tract.
The color of this chakra is blue. Corresponding aromatherapy are geranium or chamomile oil.



6th chakra
"3rd eye"
Ajna
located at he brow, at the space between the eyebrows;relates to clairvoyance, telepathy, seat of
the will, thought control, inner vision and understanding, inspiration, spiritual awakening,
heightened self-awareness. It governs the lower brain, left eye, nose, spine, ears and pituitary gland. The
color of this chakra is indigo. Corresponding aromatherapy are patchouli or frankincense oil.



7th chakra
"Crown"
Sahasrara
and is located on top the head; relates to self realization, enlightenment, spiritual awareness,
wisdom, intuition, consciousness of oneness, connection to the higher self and to all embracing
love. It governs the upper brain, right eye and the pineal gland. The color of this chakra is violet.
Corresponding aromatherapy are lavender or jasmin.
