 Couples or friends ~ Guided Wellness Retreat

Embark on a deeply connected experience with one master bodywork therapist as your guide. Choose between side-by-side therapies—such as a Shirodhara paired with massage—or a curated circuit of treatments. At times, you’ll share the moment together, while at others you’ll have space for reflection, such as during the sauna or meditation session. This journey is designed to balance togetherness with personal renewal.

Enjoy a guided hydrotherapy journey with hot and cold contrast therapy, infrared sauna, outdoor private showers, meditation deck, yoga deck and forest bathing while relaxing in the hammock under the mulberry tree.Some moments are shared, others allow for quiet self-reflection, creating the perfect balance of intimacy and solitude.

Forest Bathing 

Our private retreat is lead by one multi-disciplinary holistic practitioner/master bodywork therapist and unless described as a side by side therapy, you will be in a side by side massage room but therapies may not be done at the same time and you will have full use of the private facilities on the retreat. Please do  Customize your massage or facial~ there is no extra charge.

*Our dining area by the garden fireplace: Your welcome to bring a snack & beverage—and uncork one bottle of wine at no charge—while enjoying a deeply connected couples spa journey tailored for intimacy, relaxation, and personal renewal. Great for celebrating birthdays or anniversary together.

Signature Guided Journeys

The Guided Pathway Journey 
A deeply personalized experience led by one Multi-disciplinary Holistic Practitioner/master bodywork therapist. Partners move through therapies both together and individually, allowing moments of reflection and shared connection. A sample flow may include:

• Partner A receives Shirodhara while Partner B enjoys a massage - or Aroma Wrap - Facial

• You then transition gracefully into receiving the other therapy

• A shared element such as breathwork, reflexology, or sound healing (full list of choices at end of menu)

• A reflective pause with sauna, meditation, or a calming herbal tea ritual

• This exclusive journey is designed to leave you both profoundly renewed.

The Couples Wellness Retreats

Forest Serenity Ritual 
Side-by-side massages in a tranquil garden bungalow, surrounded by the natural sounds of the hillside. A grounding ritual to restore harmony and calm, includes forest bathing ritual. (2.25hrs side by side flow journey)

Fireside Healing Massage 
A warming massage beside the garden fireplace, with contrast therapy: time in the infrared sauna and hydrotherapy to release tension and deepen relaxation. (2.25hrs guided journey)

Elemental Water Journeys

Sacred Waters Watsu 
A gentle floating experience in warm water where your therapist supports and stretches the body with shiatsu-deep tissue and thai stretches inspired movements. A rare, meditative treatment that brings deep physical and emotional release. *Note: Held in either our saltwater villa pool or the mansion pool with adjoining jacuzzi. (2hrs side by side)

Ayurveda Bliss Therapy 
An Ayurvedic-inspired journey including Shirodhara, (our unique warm water+herbs methodology) as well as our personalized dosha oil massage and a dosha consultation. Our Dosha Bland herbal tea ritual restores balance to your constitution. (2.5hrs side by side)

Turkish Hammam Couples Ritual

This guided couples spa circuit experience has a rejuvenating soak in a Lemon and Eucalyptus Hydrotherapy Bath with oxygen therapy jets to awaken the senses and a detoxifying lemongrass and basil salt scrub that smooths and purifies the skin.  A deeply restoring Hot Oil (weather permitting) Aromatherapy Massage. Your journey includes a peppermint foot bath soak with warm stones and a calming tea from our Rain Forest Tea Bar enjoyed in the spa garden, perfect to leave you renewed, grounded, and glowing. Botanical & Earth Journeys

Sacred Lomi-Lomi Journey 
A tropical-inspired ritual beginning with coconut exfoliation and aroma bath, followed by a flowing Lomi-Lomi massage to melt away tension and restore ease. (2.5hrs guided journey)

Earth Renewal Wrap 
A mineral-rich wrap of Dead Sea mud or sea botanicals, paired with dry brushing to stimulate circulation. Completed with a soothing head and foot massage to ground body and spirit. (2hrs side by side)

Cabana Sun & Sky Massage 
A daytime massage in our breezy garden cabana, with mountain light and fresh air enhancing your healing. Includes private use of hydrotherapy. (2hrs guided journey)

Mind-Body Journeys

Yoga & Massage Retreat 
A private yoga session tailored to your needs, followed by therapeutic massages of your choice. Enhanced with access to sauna or hydrotherapy for a complete mind-body reset. (2.5 hrs)

Blissful Balance Circuit 
A therapist-guided circuit blending massage, facials, aromat wrap with hydrotherapy, Infrared sauna, reflexology, soundbath, and meditation. At times shared, at times individual — offering the perfect rhythm of togetherness and reflection.(2.5hrs guided journey)

• Any Couples Massage may be booked as a 50-minute a la carte session in the Spa Wellness Bungalow with 2 massage therapists or reiki and massage – $400 (with sauna or hydrotherapy option). (1hr ) or (1.75hrs for add for additional sauna or hydrotherapy time)
