Please text 310-721-2389 to reserve your spot, we will confirm your available spot 2hrs before class begins.  Namaste and we look forward to the journey of yoga with you.  Small classes guarantee individual adjustments and customized to your body.  Please alert us of any injuries, the infrared sauna will be available 15 mins before to preheat the body before class.  First come first served for sauna.
